With more than 30 years in real estate, Juanita Bischoff is truly experienced.
She grew up in Alameda, California and met her husband, Dick, while attending UC Berkeley. Her real estate career began in San Jose, California, in 1974. At the time, she was also raising her family and owned a successful Cupertino women´s boutique called The Rage.
The family moved to beautiful Incline Village in 1986. They enjoyed the active, resort community life but Juanita missed the business and joined Tahoe North Realty in 1990.
In June 2002, after 32 years as an independent real estate company, Tahoe North Realty partnered with Mason McDuffie, a familiar name in Bay Area real estate. As part of this large tri-state affiliation that includes Prudential California Realty, Prudential Nevada Realty and Prudential Texas Properties, Juanita was able to provide the most progressive real estate technology solutions to her clients.
As time marches forward and life changes, so does Juanita's real estate career. Prudential Nevada Realty, formerly Tahoe North Realty, closed their office in Incline Village. You can now find Juanita at Coldwell Banker Incline Village where she will continue to offer exceptional real estate service in conjunction with and the support of Coldwell Banker and in association with many of Incline Village's best Realtors.

Juanita stays current and meets these developments with continued education and consistent professionalism. She has earned both the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) and the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations, joining only 4% of the nation´s agents to hold the CRS designation. She is a member of the Incline Village Board of Realtors and the Nevada and National Association of Realtors. She has served as president of the Incline Village Board of Realtors and was awarded The Incline Village Realtor of the Year award.
